Mr. Dennis North

Dennis North is the Chief Financial Officer for Food For The Poor and is responsible for the financial oversight of the billion-dollar charity. He is primarily responsible for maintaining the organization’s relationship with its banks and independent auditors.

A longtime Florida resident, North is a graduate of Florida State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. After nine years in the public accounting industry, North was approached by one of his clients to work for a regional chain of an auto parts store as their Controller, with a later promotion to CFO. After 17 years with the auto supplier, Dennis opened his own accounting office and specialized in providing interim CFO/Controller services for businesses.

After a year and a half on his own, North accepted a permanent position as the CFO at Food For The Poor and received the satisfaction of utilizing his financial background in correlation with his compassion for serving others less fortunate. North resides in Boca Raton with his family.
