Diana’s Story

Although she spends a portion of her day at an orphanage supported by Food For The Poor, Diana lives with her father who struggles to support her and her sister. The family would not be able to get by without your help and generous support.

Diana recently enjoyed an event sponsored by Food For The Poor called “Day of Celebration.” This event brings together children from different homes supported by Food For The Poor for a day of sports, cultural dances and other fun activities.

Diana said she had a great time at the Day of Celebration. She had been looking forward to it with much anticipation for months, and was excited when the day finally arrived. She said she liked the dancing the best.

Thanks to your support, Diana can experience a safe, protective environment. Without you, precious children might be spending their time on the dangerous streets of the developing world.

Diana has great hopes for the future. Because of her love for animals, she wants to become a veterinarian when she grows up. With your support and generosity, her dream could become a reality.
