Hector’s Story

Hector Goncales is a bright 10-year-old who is now attending school and learning to read and write. Thanks to your loving support, he has a future filled with hope.

Every morning at 7 a.m., Hector climbs on his dad’s bike, and his dad pedals him to a school that donors like you support. There he gets a meal and attends classes. The vision of the garbage dump is now a distant memory thanks to kind-hearted donors.

At school, Hector likes writing the most. He also likes his teachers, who he says are very understanding.

Because of you, Hector, and children like him, have the tools they need to learn, grow, thrive and dream.
