Wadeline’s Story
Wadeline Cirius, now 5, is happy at last. A kind and motherly cook at an orphanage in Cap Haitien was on her way home from church and saw little Wadeline sitting on the sidewalk. She rescued her, bringing her to the orphanage where she worked. Wadeline cried her first night in the orphanage, but has been adjusting and now receives tender care and love. No longer does she wonder if she will be lucky enough to eat one small meal a day. Now she has plenty of food, and lots of "big sisters" who help take care of her. Your support is essential to children like Wadeline, who have no one else to care for them. The food and medicine you provide is desperately needed for little ones. These innocent, precious children need your help in order to heal from past traumas. They need to have hope for the future. Please consider becoming a member of Food For The Poor's Child of the Month Club by reaching out to help a child in desperate need. “For I rescued the poor who cried out for help,
the orphans and the unassisted;” (Job 29:12)
