Q)  Has Food For The Poor moved?
A)  In an effort to better serve the poor and reduce operating expenses, Food For The Poor has relocated our Florida headquarters. Instead of working from three separate buildings, we have consolidated all of our operatons into one building. Our new offices are located at 6401 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33073. Please contact our Donor Service Department at donorservice@foodforthepoor.org if you have any questions. Q)  Who is Kintera?
A)  Kintera is a marketing infrastructure service provider offering advanced Internet fundraising solutions to charitable, educational and political organizations. Organizations contract Kintera to provide online support for their events and online fundraising efforts. Food For The Poor processes its donations through Kintera of San Diego, CA. You may see this information on your credit card statement.

Q)  How do I obtain Banana Bark Cards?
A)  There are a number of ways in which you may purchase our handmade Banana Bark Cards.  One way is by clicking here and ordering through our secure website.  Another way is by calling our Banana Bark hotline toll free at 1-866-303-3877.

Q)  How do I make a donation?
A)  There are several easy ways to make a donation.  The first way is on our secure website.  Please click here to donate now. Another way is to mail your donation to Food For The Poor at: 6401 Lyons Road,  Coconut Creek, FL 33073, or send your donation in the envelope provided in your last appeal.  Lastly, you can call 1-954-427-2222 ext. 6703, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:00 pm EST or call toll free at 1-800-427-9104. 

Q)  Is my donation tax-deductible?
A)  Contributions to Food For The Poor are tax-deductible for U.S. citizens. Food For The Poor is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax identification number: 59-2174510.

Q)  Do you have an adopt-a-child program?
A)  Currently we do not have a program in place to adopt-a-child. However, we do have a child sponsorship program called "Angels Of Hope."  The sponsorship for this program is $34/month.  Please call 1-954-427-2222 ext. 6633 for further information on how to sponsor a child in the Caribbean or Latin America.    

Q)  Do you have overseas volunteer opportunities?
A)  Because of the high unemployment rate of the countries in which we serve, it is important to create opportunities for employment through our home building projects.  However, we occasionally have volunteer opportunities available, please call our Donor Services Department at 1-954-427-2222 ext. 6607 for details.
