Administrative Assistant – Major Giving

Food For The Poor’s Major Giving Department is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who is organized, has excellent communication and computer skills, has the ability to multitask, is flexible and willing to support a team with a multitude of responsibilities. We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, possesses the ability to interact with staff at all levels, and is resourceful and efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Overall Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Major Giving and seven team members.

Digital Marketing Specialist – Emerging Media Department

Food For The Poor is seeking a creative, organized and deadline-driven team player to handle an important role in our Emerging Media Department.

Overall Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Food For The Poor’s digital marketing efforts to maximize existing donor cultivation and new donor acquisition by maximizing channel conversions. Develop and manage the creation of gift catalogs as well as the design and management of social media and digital advertising.

Call Center Administrator – Information Systems Department

Food For The Poor, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Administrator to join our Information Systems Department. If you have experience working with predictive dialers or call center applications as well as corporate phone systems, please apply for this unique opportunity. This is a full-time position and the hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain call center marketing projects according to scripts and parameters provided by marketing staff
  • Setup and maintain call center project source, list, campaign and outcome codes
  • Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly call center procedures are followed
  • Provide call center software support and training to call center staff
  • Troubleshoot call center software complications
  • Maintain, repair and troubleshoot call center hardware and software, including computers and telephones
  • Provide modifications to Synthesis and Mitel MiCC screens and functionality as necessary
  • Investigate, solve or escalate system/data issues with vendor
  • Manage and create reports in Mitel MiCC for department usage and call centers

Church, School and Community Development Coordinator

Director of Planned Giving

Overall Responsibilities:

Develop, promote, and expand the planned giving program and direct program activities in coordination with the organization’s fundraising efforts to achieve goals, prepare departmental budget, manage departmental operations and staff, and network with outside groups and individuals to promote Food For The Poor’s planned giving programs. This is a full-time, management position in the Planned Giving Department.

Clergy for our Speakers Bureau
