Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Jeff Alexander, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for the financial, technological, and analytical oversight of Food For The Poor (FFTP). Jeff serves as the chief innovator for developing and improving systems and processes to enhance the organization’s efficiency. His experience and deep understanding of FFTP’s core mission and vision and his expertise in the nonprofit industry are key assets in his ability to evaluate the organization to ensure it fulfills its mission.

Jeff was most recently Chief Outcomes Officer, a position he was promoted to after serving as Controller for 19 years. He has worked in various financial roles for the

charity since joining the organization in 1992. As Chief Outcomes Officer, Jeff led a newly created department responsible for evaluating all aspects of the organization’s performance, including fundraising and program activities, and now combines those responsibilities with his duties as Chief Administrative Officer.

Jeff was born in New York and raised on Long Island. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He lives in Boca Raton, Fla., with his wife, Sondra, and they have two children, one attending and one recently graduated from the University of Florida.
